Every box of Cacao Boys chocolates is made specially for you, by hand, with fresh ingredients and no preservatives. Because each order is a special order that we cannot restock or resell once it has left our shop, all sales are final.

We stand behind everything we make. If there is ever a concern with the quality, freshness, or safety of your chocolates, please do not hesitate to reach out. We will gladly replace or refund any item that did not meet your expectations or our own standards. We would always rather hear from you than have you disappointed.

How to reach us about an order

The quickest way to sort out any concern is to get in touch soon after you receive your order, while the chocolates are freshest. You can:

• Speak with a member of our team in person at 1004 Elm St in Bala.

Orders we cancel

Occasionally we may need to cancel or limit an order, for example if a small-batch flavour is unavailable. If we cancel an order for any reason, we will contact you and provide a full refund equal to the original purchase value.

Damaged or delayed shipments

Chocolate is a delicate thing to send, so we only ship during the cooler months and package every order with care.
